From City Lights to Country Sides ep. 3: Steliana Dulkova, Vetrinci

Community

In the third episode of From City Lights to Country Sights, we meet Steliana Dulkova from the village of Vetrinci — a young woman whose story brings together creativity, personal choice, and a different way of looking at life beyond the big city.

The conversation explores what it means to live, create, and build a meaningful everyday life in a smaller place. Through Steliana’s perspective, the episode opens a window into the possibilities of rural communities — not only as places of tradition and memory, but also as spaces for inspiration, new ideas, and personal freedom.

Created by the volunteers of E-volution Media, this episode is part of an ongoing video series dedicated to people, places, and stories that challenge the usual image of village life. Instead of presenting rural areas as isolated or forgotten, the series looks at them as living environments where young people can search for balance, connection, creativity, and a slower but richer rhythm of life.

From City Lights to Country Sights gives voice to people who choose, explore, or rediscover life outside the urban rush — and invites viewers to imagine new ways of belonging, working, and dreaming in local communities.

The project is funded by the European Solidarity Corps of the European Union.
